There’s something powerful about stepping into a space where no one knows your next move. Where the music hits, the lights fade—and your body tells the story.

Lately, I’ve been craving a new kind of freedom. Something physical. Something fierce. So I tried something that scared me a little... and now I’m hooked.

Pole dancing wasn’t just a workout—it was a full-body awakening. A release. A reminder. A reintroduction to myself in a way I didn’t see coming.

If you’re curious (and I know you are 😉), here’s the why, the how, and the truth about this new chapter I never planned—but absolutely needed.

I have been an athlete my whole life. A dancer, a gymnast, a bodybuilder, then I got into boxing. I have always enjoyed movement. When i'm not active with SOMETHING, I can tell my mood is down, my energy is low, and i'm not as motivated at life. This is the EXACT reason why I started my own fitness app (which if you haven't checked out, you NEED to). Anyways, I want to stay on topic so let me just say it loud and proud...

I GOT INTO POLE DANCING!!!

If you've been following me for a while you have seen me go through some ups and downs over the course of the past 6 months. I got into a bad car accident, my entire music studio burnt down, and just about a month ago my best friend Hannah Moody passed away :( All of this has left me in complete turmoil. With not being able to workout due to the injuries from the car accident, not being able to record music, and no longer being able to talk to my bestie, I NEEDED AN OUTLET.

My friend Hannah was an AMAZING pole dancer. I always enjoyed watching her as I always found pole dancing so beautiful and elegant but I never thought I would actually fall in love with it. Hannah bought me a pole a few years back as she always told me i'd be SO good at it since I was a gymnast growing up and have insane upper body strength. She also told me how much it would help me as a music artist because it would literally intertwine me with my music. She was SO right!!!

My pole has been up in my apartment for two weeks now and i'm OBSESSED. Hannah was absolutely right in a sense that pole dancing comes extremely natural to me due to my years of athleticism. I've been making an effort to do 30 minutes a day as i'm completely self taught.

I'm beyond excited to have this become part of my life and my music career. As I fall more and more in love with pole, i'll be sharing clips of it on my social media pages so be on the lookout for that and know that it is completely for FUN.

Pole dancing has awakened a deep sense of femininity in me—one that’s strong, fluid, and unapologetically sensual. It allows me to express myself without words, which mirrors the way I approach my music. When I’m moving on the pole, I tap into the same emotional energy I pour into my songs. It’s helped me embrace vulnerability and power at the same time, which has completely elevated the way I create. That connection to my body and spirit shows up in every lyric, every note, and every breath I take in the studio. I'M SO EXCITED!

This is just the beginning of my pole journey, and I’m excited to take you all along for the ride. As I learn, grow, and get stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally—I’ll be sharing my progress, the highs and lows, and everything in between. Whether it’s behind-the-scenes clips, training moments, or reflections on how this art form is shaping me as a woman and an artist, you’ll be right there with me. Pole dancing is becoming a new creative outlet for me, and I can’t wait to show you how it unfolds alongside my music.

When I eventually go on tour, I want pole to be a powerful part of my stage presence—something that blends movement, strength, and sensuality into the energy of my live performances. It’s more than just choreography; it’s a physical extension of the emotion in my music and a way to express what words sometimes can’t.

THANK YOU for being on this amazing journey with me. As I always say, it's not just MY journey, its OUR journey. I want to know your thoughts, comment below how you are feeling and as I always say, don't forget to smile today.

ILY!!

XOXO

It takes great strength to work on the pole and sing keeping up your tone at the same time. Outstanding!
